Openings are available for 10 Resource/Inclusion Teachers who bring dedication, adaptability, and a learner-centered approach to their work. Additionally, we are hiring 2 Case Managers who will focus exclusively on case management responsibilities, ensuring cohesive educational plans and fostering growth for each student on your caseload.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification appropriate to state requirements
- Experience developing and implementing IEPs for students with varying needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with general education staff, families, and specialists
- Organizational skills for thoughtful caseload and documentation management
- Comfortable working in-person or virtually, utilizing technology to support student engagement and progress
- For Case Manager roles: experience in IEP processes, compliance monitoring, and educational advocacy preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- For Resource/Inclusion Teachers: deliver individualized and small-group instruction; adapt curriculum and modify lessons; track student progress; collaborate with classroom teachers and related service providers
- For Case Managers: manage IEP timelines and documentation; organize and moderate IEP meetings; ensure compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines; maintain thorough communication with families and staff
- Maintain an inclusive and supportive environment for all learners
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
