Two positions are available: one working with an elementary caseload, and the other supporting secondary-level students. Each role manages a close-knit group of approximately 10 students, ensuring the chance to provide individualized attention and make meaningful progress alongside your students from August 11, 2026, through May 19, 2027.

Your experience and skill set will shape lives through personalized education plans and innovative teaching strategies. The schedule is full-time, offering 35-40 hours per week in a collaborative atmosphere with fellow educators and support staff.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Valid low-incidence teaching license (must be active and included with application)
  • Experience working directly with students with significant disabilities
  • Ability to design and implement differentiated instruction and specialized supports
  • Comfortable working onsite (in-person position only)
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexible, solutions-oriented approach to meeting student needs

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized instruction tailored to the needs of each student on your caseload
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate effectively with general education staff, related service providers, and families
  • Foster a positive learning environment that emphasizes growth, inclusion, and independence
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all policy requirements and deadlines
