Location: Williamsburg, VA 23185  

Pay Range: 38-45/hr based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) 

• Create structured learning environments that accommodate ASD students’ unique needs

• Implement specialized teaching strategies and interventions

• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs in Mathematics and English

• Provide specialized instruction to students with diverse learning needs

• Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education (Master's preferred)

• Valid VA State Special Education Teaching License 

• At least 1 year of Previous class experience teaching in a special needs classroom - Resource, Inclusion, and/or Self-contained
