Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification for Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
- Proven experience with instructional support for students with significant needs
- Previous Homebound teaching or Life Skills program experience preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Dedication to adapting instruction for individual student needs
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Deliver six hours of Homebound educational services each week (four instructional, two compensatory)
- Plan and implement individualized education to a 3rd grade Life Skills student
- Track student progress and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with school teams and families for student success
- Provide services onsite only
