Elementary General Education Teacher 26/27 School Year

Soliant is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Elementary General Education Teachers for full-time, school-based opportunities in the Williston, South Carolina area for the 2026–2027 school year. This Elementary Education position offers the opportunity to help students build foundational skills in reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies while creating a positive and supportive learning environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to helping every student reach their full potential through high-quality instruction and meaningful classroom engagement.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with South Carolina state standards.
• Provide classroom instruction across core academic subject areas.
• Create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
• Assess student performance and utilize data to guide instructional decisions.
• Collaborate with fellow educators, administrators, support staff, and families.
• Differentiate instruction to support the diverse learning needs of students.
• Maintain accurate student records and classroom documentation.
• Foster student growth academically, socially, and emotionally.

Qualifications:
• Active South Carolina Teaching Certification required.
• Soliant offers Licensing Assistance for qualified candidates.
• Previous classroom or school-based experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educational teams and families.

Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
