Special Education Teacher Needed in Delaware!

Soliant is looking for a Special Education Teacher to support high school learners in an inclusion setting. This role focuses on case management, collaborative instruction, and ensuring compliance with student IEPs for grades 9–12.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect instructional support to students in general education classrooms

• Case manage approximately 25 students, including service documentation and progress reporting

• Collaborate with general education teachers to implement accommodations and modifications

• Participate in IEP meetings, planning, and ongoing student support processes

• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Active Delaware Special Education certification required

• High school experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to support students with diverse learning needs in an inclusion environment
