You'll have the chance to work across various grade levels in a dynamic and collaborative educational setting, supporting students' diverse learning needs from August 31, 2026, through June 11, 2027. Your expertise and passion will shape an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid state certification in Special Education (K-12)
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field; Master’s preferred
• Previous experience teaching or supporting students with disabilities in a school setting
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication, collaborative, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt lesson plans and instructional strategies to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized instruction tailored to students with varying abilities and needs
• Develop effective IEPs and maintain compliance with all federal and state special education regulations
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to provide comprehensive support
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming classroom that encourages student growth and participation
• Engage with families to communicate student progress and support learning beyond the classroom
• Maintain detailed records and participate in meetings to review student progress
