Qualifications:

• Valid state-issued Special Education Teacher certification
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Special Education or related field
• Demonstrated experience working with K-12 students in inclusive and resource settings
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes, student assessments, and differentiated instruction methods

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and support for K-12 students with diverse learning needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Partner collaboratively with parents, staff, and administrators
• Maintain thorough records and compliance with all education laws/regulations
• Foster an inclusive, encouraging classroom environment
