Life Skills Special Education Teacher – Wimberley, TX

Position Overview:
Soliant Education is seeking a committed Life Skills SPED Teacher to support students requiring individualized functional instruction. The educator will provide hands-on academic, behavioral, and life-skills support in a self-contained classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Implement functional academic and life-skills curriculum

• Create structured routines and behavior supports for student success

• Provide individualized instruction aligned with IEPs

• Document progress and keep records current for compliance

• Coordinate with therapists, paraprofessionals, and school staff

Requirements:

• Active Texas Special Education Certification

• Experience in Life Skills or moderate/severe SPED encouraged

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Compensation & Benefits:
? $38–$45/hour
