Key Qualifications:

  • Ability to create and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Effective communication skills to work closely with teachers, families, and service providers
  • Reliable transportation for on-site work at multiple building locations
  • Must be available to work approximately 15-20 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students’ individual learning plans
  • Manage caseloads spanning first grade through eleventh grade
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other educators and support staff
  • Adapt instructional strategies to accommodate varying learning styles and needs
