Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current Georgia Special Education Certification
• Experience teaching students with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Proven ability to develop and implement IEPs
• Excellent classroom management and behavior intervention skills
• Adapted Curriculum certification or equivalent experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of ABA principles, structured teaching, visual supports, and functional communication systems
• Experience supervising paraprofessionals in self-contained settings (preferred)
