Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification (state-specific or eligible for reciprocity)
- Experience supporting K–7th grade students (resource/case management preferred)
- Strong skills in Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and implementation
- Ability to manage caseloads and collaborate with general education teachers
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for all learners
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for in-person, full-time travel assignments
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide resource support to assigned grade levels (Kindergarten, Grades 1–2, or 7th)
- Develop, adapt, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with staff and families
- Deliver direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs
- Serve as the case manager for designated students, ensuring compliance and ongoing progress monitoring
- Engage in school-based professional development and team planning
