Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification (state-specific or eligible for reciprocity)
• Experience supporting K–7th grade students (resource/case management preferred)
• Strong skills in Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and implementation
• Ability to manage caseloads and collaborate with general education teachers
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for all learners
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for in-person, full-time travel assignments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide resource support to assigned grade levels (Kindergarten, Grades 1–2, or 7th)
• Develop, adapt, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with staff and families
• Deliver direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs
• Serve as the case manager for designated students, ensuring compliance and ongoing progress monitoring
• Engage in school-based professional development and team planning
