Key Qualifications:
- Valid special education teaching certification (state-specific and active)
- Previous experience teaching students with special needs across various grade levels

- Ability to adapt instructional strategies to accommodate individual learning styles
- Solid organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in collaboration and co-teaching models

Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver individualized instruction for students, supporting their academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals
- Develop, implement, and evaluate IEPs in consultation with multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize evidence-based teaching practices and assistive technologies to promote student success
- Foster inclusive classroom environments and positive relationships
- Monitor student progress and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Communicate regularly with parents and care providers regarding student achievements and needs
- Participate actively in professional development and school initiatives
- Collaborate closely with general education staff, support personnel, and administration
