  • Foster inclusive classroom environments and positive relationships
  • Monitor student progress and maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Communicate regularly with parents and care providers regarding student achievements and needs
  • Participate actively in professional development and school initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with general education staff, support personnel, and administration
