Key Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Adapt and modify lessons in alignment with curriculum standards
• Track student progress, maintain organized records, and report outcomes in accordance with requirements
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive environment
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development sessions
