Soliant is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support a 2nd–4th grade Emotional Support classroom in Pennsylvania. This is an onsite position serving students who require behavioral, social-emotional, and academic support in a structured and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct instruction aligned with IEP goals in an Emotional Support setting

Implement behavior intervention plans and positive behavior supports
-
Create a structured, supportive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional growth

Collaborate with general education staff, related service providers, and families
-
Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and progress monitoring
Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania Special Education Licensure required

Instructional I or Instructional II
-
Or ability to obtain certification prior to start date

Experience working with students in Emotional Support or behavioral settings preferred

Strong classroom management and behavior intervention skills
