Key Duties:

Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students’ IEPs

Support students with emotional regulation, coping strategies, and behavioral goals

Implement and monitor behavior plans and classroom supports

Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including counselors, administrators, and families
Qualifications:

Valid Pennsylvania Special Education certification required

Instructional I or Instructional II (or ability to secure certification prior to start date)

Experience in Emotional Support or behavior-focused classrooms strongly preferred

Ability to create a calm, consistent, and supportive classroom environment
