Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Current and valid Pennsylvania teaching certificate in Special Education required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead instruction within Autistic Support classrooms, fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Collaborate closely with paraprofessionals/PCAs to provide tailored academic and behavioral supports.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and maintain detailed documentation.
• Engage with families, support staff, and related service providers to ensure holistic support for each student.
• Establish a safe, positive classroom culture aligning with both student needs and school goals.
• Utilize data-driven strategies to monitor student growth and adjust approaches as necessary.
