Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Special Education Teacher for a self-contained classroom, full-time, working with students who require intensive instruction and supports in academics, behavior, and social-emotional growth.
Responsibilities

• Lead a self-contained classroom for students with significant special education needs

• Provide differentiated and individualized instruction aligned to IEPs

• Monitor data, progress, and behavior; collaborate with support teams and families

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes growth and independence
  Qualifications

• Valid Virginia Special Education License (required)

• Experience working with self-contained settings, behavior interventions preferred

• Strong classroom management, adaptability, and teamwork skills

  ? Hourly Pay: $38–$45/hour
