Key Qualifications:

• Active Michigan teaching certification with Special Education endorsement required (please provide documentation with your application)

• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, though not mandatory

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction to students assigned at the elementary, middle, or high school levels based on your expertise

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Use data-driven strategies to monitor progress and adjust approaches as required
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom experience for all students
• Maintain communication with families regarding student growth and needs
