Key Qualifications:

• Strong skills in collaboration with general and special education staff, families, and support teams
• Ability to provide training, resources, and guidance to school personnel and parents
• Clear communication skills in both written and spoken English; American Sign Language proficiency preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as a consultant to multiple schools, providing expertise related to Deaf and Hard of Hearing students

• Support and coach classroom teachers in adapting materials and instructional strategies
• Facilitate communication and problem-solving between families, students, and educational teams
• Offer professional development and informational sessions for staff members
• Monitor student progress and adjust supports as needed to ensure student success
