Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Deaf Education or a related field

• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) or other communication modalities common in DHH education
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong collaboration skills with staff, families, and support services
