Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification in Deaf/Hard of Hearing education

- Understanding of various communication approaches, including American Sign Language (ASL), auditory/oral, or total communication methods
- Ability to develop and adapt individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and general education staff

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction, support, and modification of curriculum for students who are deaf or hard of hearing in a variety of school settings
