- Strong collaboration and communication abilities with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to create an inclusive, engaging learning environment tailored to individual needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group instruction to students who are deaf or hard of hearing across multiple grade levels
- Collaborate with general education teachers to adapt curriculum and ensure accessibility for all learners
- Participate in the IEP process, including assessments, planning, goal setting, and progress reporting
- Provide support and resources to families and school staff on effective strategies and technologies
- Monitor student progress and adjust approaches as needed for optimal development and success
