Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Hernando, MS

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid teaching credential for Deaf/Hard of Hearing or eligibility to obtain
• Prior experience working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing preferred
• Proficiency with various communication methods, including ASL, speech reading, and/or auditory-oral techniques
• Ability to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt instruction based on student needs
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to partner with families, teachers, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:
