Key Qualifications:

• Hold valid certification or licensure as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing (TDHH)
• Solid understanding of Deaf culture, audiological devices, and relevant instructional strategies
• Experience working with students across a range of ages and proficiency levels
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, interpreters, and family members
• Proficient in individualized educational plan (IEP) development and implementation
• Thoughtful communication skills, both verbal and written
• Flexible, adaptive approach to changing student needs and caseload specifics

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction, support, and advocacy to Deaf and Hard of Hearing students within school environments
