Desired Experience & Skills:

• Credentials as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing.
• Demonstrated experience working with high school students with hearing differences.
• Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and differentiated instruction.
• Ability to design and implement IEPs catered to the individual needs of students.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with parents, support staff, and administrators.
