Desired Experience & Skills:
- Credentials as a Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing.
- Demonstrated experience working with high school students with hearing differences.
- Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and differentiated instruction.
- Ability to design and implement IEPs catered to the individual needs of students.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with parents, support staff, and administrators.
