Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid teaching certification in Deaf Education or endorsement in Deaf/Hard of Hearing
  • Strong understanding of hearing assistive technology and communication methods (such as ASL, cued speech, or oral approaches)
  • Proven experience adapting curriculum and instruction for students with hearing impairments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:
