Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement personalized instructional plans tailored to the needs of Deaf and Hard of Hearing students.

  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
  • Advocate for students’ needs within the school community and with families.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid teaching certification with a focus on Deaf and Hard of Hearing education.
  • Experience working with Deaf and Hard of Hearing students in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL) is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
