Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid teaching credentials with specialization in Deaf/Hard of Hearing education
• Proven background working with school-age students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
• Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and related accommodations
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to reliably attend in-person sessions; this position does not accept virtual support
• Flexibility and sensitivity to diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted instruction and support to two DHH students, closely following IEP goals
• Foster a positive, inclusive educational environment
• Coordinate with school staff, families, and support personnel to ensure students' academic and social growth
• Track progress and participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable input on student development
