Key Qualifications:
- Valid teaching certification for Visual Impairment (TVI)

- Strong communication, organizational, and assessment skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group instruction to students with visual impairments, adapting curriculum materials as needed
- Assess student needs, monitor progress, and modify instructional plans accordingly
- Consult with general education teachers, staff, and families to promote accessibility and student success
- Provide training and ongoing support in braille, orientation and mobility, and use of assistive devices
