• Possession of valid Georgia PSC certification with a Vision Impairment/TVI endorsement
• Experience meeting Individualized Education Program (IEP) requirements for students with visual impairments

• Knowledge of assistive technology and accessibility strategies for learners with visual needs
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Commitment to supporting student progress and compliance with required services

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct specialized instruction in two individual 30-minute sessions each month, tailored to IEP specifications
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and staff, ensuring accessible materials and activities
• Advise on the integration and use of assistive technology to enhance learning
• Provide guidance on accommodations and accessibility strategies
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and regularly communicate with the educational team
• Ensure all services provided are in alignment with student IEPs and district requirements
