Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) to support students who require adapted instructional strategies and tools for visual accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction to students with visual impairments

• Conduct functional vision assessments and develop IEP goals

• Support classroom staff with accessible materials and technology

• Encourage student independence and skill-building in academic settings

Qualifications

• Virginia Teacher of the Visually Impaired License (required)

• Expertise in Braille and assistive technology tools

• Experience in school settings preferred

Compensation & Benefits
? Hourly Pay: $38–$45/hour
