  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with families, educators, and support teams
  • Organizational skills to balance direct instruction and documentation

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide engaging instruction, both individually and in small groups, tailored to visually impaired students
  • Develop and review IEPs, overseeing case management and tracking student growth through frequent progress reports
  • Foster independence and skill development by instructing in Braille and using adaptive technology tools
