Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI) – Full-Time | Cupertino, CA | 2026–2027 School Year

Soliant Education is seeking a full-time, onsite Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI) to join a supportive school district near Cupertino, CA for the 2026–2027 school year. The district is actively interviewing qualified candidates for this rewarding opportunity.

Pay: Starting at $55/hour, with higher rates available based on experience (negotiable)
Type: W-2 Contract
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Position Details:

• Full-time, onsite position
• K–12 caseload based on experience and district needs
• Provide direct and consultative vision services across assigned school sites
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families to support student success

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction to students with visual impairments
• Conduct assessments and develop instructional goals
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
• Adapt instructional materials and recommend appropriate assistive technology
• Promote student independence and access to the general education curriculum

Requirements:

• Valid California Teaching Credential with authorization to teach students with visual impairments
• Experience working with K–12 students preferred
• Strong collaboration, communication, and IEP development skills
• Ability to travel between assigned school sites as needed
