Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI)
• Experience working with K–12 students in educational settings
• Strong collaboration and adaptation skills to meet diverse learning needs
• Excellent communication abilities with students, families, and fellow staff
• Ability to begin work promptly and commit through late May 2027

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative services to students with visual impairments
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized educational programs
• Collaborate with school teams and families to support student learning
• Adapt instructional materials to accommodate diverse visual needs
• Serve as a resource for faculty in developing accessible learning environments
• Manage a caseload of up to 45 students alongside another TVI, with assignments divided equitably

• Full-time, onsite contract from immediate start through May 27, 2027
