This full-time itinerant role places you across multiple school sites, serving students from Pre-K through their transition years. You’ll act as a Vision Related Services Leader, offering mentorship, coaching, and advocacy—building your resume with meaningful, impactful service while learning from colleagues and developing your leadership voice.
Qualifications:
- Active Professional Educator’s License (PEL) with a valid endorsement for teaching visually impaired students
- Master’s degree in a related field
- At least 5 years of school-based experience
- Ability to complete required fingerprinting before the start date
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction and services to students with visual impairments, ranging from Pre-K to transition age
- Travel between multiple school sites within the district to provide direct and consultative support
