Qualifications:
- Certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired
- Previous experience providing instruction and support to students with visual impairments preferred

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative instruction to students with visual impairments in a variety of educational settings
- Assess students’ abilities and educational requirements, updating IEPs as necessary
- Support classroom teachers with strategies and tools for inclusion and accessibility
- Facilitate student access to curriculum through adaptive technology and Braille instruction
