• Certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired

• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative instruction to students with visual impairments in a variety of educational settings
• Assess students’ abilities and educational requirements, updating IEPs as necessary
• Support classroom teachers with strategies and tools for inclusion and accessibility
