As a Teacher for the Visually Impaired in this setting, you’ll benefit from full-time hours (at least 37.5 hours per week), with some flexibility to consider part-time arrangements depending on experience and district needs. The assignment is set to begin as soon as possible and will extend through May 21st, 2027, including possible pre- and post-planning days.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active Georgia Educator Certification for Teachers of the Visually Impaired (TVI) is required
• Experience providing direct services to students with visual impairments in educational settings
• Confidence in maintaining thorough daily service logs and documentation
• Flexibility and openness to discuss your grade/age group preferences and past caseload during the interview process
• In-person/onsite availability; no virtual-only (“VOCO”) candidates for this role
