• Previous experience working with students who are visually impaired preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, students, and families
• Organized, flexible, and adept at managing multiple student needs
• Ability to work independently in an onsite educational setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and consultative support to students with visual impairments
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
• Collaborate with general and special education staff to adapt materials, modify curriculum, and support accessibility
• Track and report on student progress toward educational goals
• Serve as a resource and advocate for students with visual needs within the educational community
