Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Department of Education (DOE) License as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired (VI)
• Possession of valid VI Teacher License
• Successful completion of MTELs (Massachusetts Tests for Educator Licensure)
• Previous experience working with visually impaired students strongly preferred
• Available for full-time or part-time onsite work between September 1, 2026 and June 14, 2027

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to students with visual impairments
• Develop individualized learning plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with staff, parents, and related service providers
• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress
