Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Department of Education (DOE) License as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired (VI)
- Possession of valid VI Teacher License
- Successful completion of MTELs (Massachusetts Tests for Educator Licensure)
- Previous experience working with visually impaired students strongly preferred
- Available for full-time or part-time onsite work between September 1, 2026 and June 14, 2027
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to students with visual impairments
- Develop individualized learning plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with staff, parents, and related service providers
- Monitor, assess, and report on student progress
