• Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s abilities
• Provide direct instruction using specialized techniques and materials

• Advocate for student needs during multi-disciplinary team meetings
• Support students’ use of assistive technology and mobility tools
• Deliver ongoing assessments to monitor progress and adjust education plans as needed
• Communicate regularly with families to build a strong partnership in student success
