• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptable and creative with lesson planning and accommodations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess individual student needs and develop tailored learning plans
• Deliver direct instruction using adaptive tools and materials
• Support classroom teachers in modifying curriculum and activities
• Coordinate services and facilitate communication with parents, staff, and outside professionals
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
