Key Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired
  • Experience working with visually impaired students, ideally in middle or high school settings
  • Comprehensive understanding of braille, assistive technology, and adaptive devices
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and therapists

Responsibilities Include:
