Part Time Virtual Teacher of the Visually Impaired Position

Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) – Santa Fe, NM  Part-Time (2 Days/Week)

Are you a passionate Teacher of the Visually Impaired looking for a flexible opportunity that allows you to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a qualified TVI to support students in Adrian, Michigan for the upcoming school year.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals seeking a part-time schedule, travel assignment, or supplemental position.

Position Details:

• Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico 
• Schedule: 2 days per week
• Part-time school-based position
• Immediate interview availability
• Competitive compensation

Qualifications:

• Valid Teacher of the Visually Impaired certification/licensure
• Experience working with students who are Deaf-Blind preferred
• Experience as a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) strongly preferred
• Orientation & Mobility (OMS/O&M) certification is not required
• Ability to collaborate with educational teams and provide individualized student support
