Required Qualifications:

• Valid Washington Teacher for the Visually Impaired (TVI) certification
• Previous experience in schools as a TVI (preferred)
• Successful fingerprint clearance through OSPI
• Ability to provide tailored instructional service minutes ranging from weekly to quarterly
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite instructional services to a caseload of 8 visually impaired students
• Create and adapt curriculum and learning materials
• Maintain and manage progress records in accordance with IEP goals
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with school personnel
• Consult with families and classroom teachers to support students’ needs
