Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) Certification
• Completed fingerprinting with OSPI prior to start date
• Experience working with visually impaired students preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Ability to commit to onsite, part-time hours (15 hours per week), August 26, 2026 to June 16, 2027

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 8 students
• Deliver individualized instruction and support based on each student’s service minutes (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and related service providers
• Develop and implement IEP goals as required
• Monitor student progress and make relevant adjustments to intervention plans
