Qualifications

• Professional Florida TVI License (required)
• Orientation and Mobility Specialist (OMS) Certification (required)
• Experience with testing/screening students
• Strong organizational and time management skills for itinerant roles
• School-based experience is highly preferred, but not required
• Comfortable working with K-12 caseloads and adapting to different educational environments

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect services to students K-12 (approx. 15–20 students)
• Travel up to 13 school sites; assigned 2–3 per day, home base at district main office
• Conduct screenings and assessments as needed
• Schedule and coordinate services, some on a monthly consultative basis
• Collaborate with school staff and families, ensure proper documentation
