This full-time contract position supports students with visual impairments in an educational setting using telehealth methods, with the flexibility to work onsite or virtually.

Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Caseload: Less than a 1.0 weight

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction tailored for students with visual impairments across the district utilizing telehealth services.
- Collaborate with general education and special education teachers to implement classroom accommodations and modifications that support student success.
- Develop and adapt educational materials to meet the unique needs of visually impaired students.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Teacher for the Visually Impaired.
- Experience delivering instruction for students with visual impairments, preferably in a telehealth or virtual environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including general and special education staff.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
