Job Description

We are hiring a student-focused COTA to support elementary-aged children with developmental and functional needs. The successful candidate will implement OT treatment activities under OT supervision, help students develop handwriting and fine motor skills, promote independence with school routines, and document student progress toward individualized goals.

Requirements

• Current Michigan COTA license.

• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred.

• Knowledge of child development and fine motor interventions.

• Ability to adapt activities to individual student needs.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
