This opportunity is ideal for an Occupational Therapist ready to embrace diverse therapy practices and observe multiple leadership styles, enriching your expertise through hands-on experience with a range of complex diagnoses. Work in a supportive hospital setting, including acute inpatient, acute rehab, transitional care, and outpatient environments—primarily serving orthopedic patients, with additional exposure to CVA, MS, and head injury cases.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Four 10-hour days: Monday through Thursday
  • No weekends or holiday shifts required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional OT care in acute and outpatient orthopedic settings
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions
  • Work with hands, elbows, shoulders, and other orthopedic cases
  • Utilize ReDoc documentation for outpatient and Meditech for acute patients
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including rehab aides

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current Oregon OT license
  • BLS certification (required)
  • Strong orthopedic experience—especially outpatient
  • Skilled with hand therapy (elbows, shoulders)
  • Familiarity with lymphedema management is a plus
  • Previous experience working in an acute care setting preferred
