• Full-time travel assignment

Build your expertise as an Occupational Therapist, focusing on patient-centered evaluation and intervention in both acute and outpatient settings. Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with hospital-based therapy experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of assessment, care planning, and evidence-based interventions
• Adept at supervising assistants and aides
• Effective communicator and collaborator
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows; openness to technology learning

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct formal/informal patient assessments across physical, cognitive, and social domains
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, Home Health Aides, and students
• Recommend and coordinate adaptive/support equipment
• Foster process improvement and participate in interdisciplinary initiatives
• Comply with documentation, billing, and regulatory standards
